Spam is defined as the sending of Unsolicited Email for any means commercial or otherwise. All messages of an electronic nature must be fully compliant with the CAN-SPAM act of 2003.
An electronic message is any correspondence sent over the following mediums:

- Pop up Messages
- SMS
- MMS
- Instant Messengers
- Online Chat Rooms
- Windows System Messages
- Guestbooks
- Fax
